Colleen Pirie, chef and owner of The Red Plate in Haenertsburg, studied at the Institute of Culinary Arts (ICA) and believes that attention to detail is the key to success.

We teach our students to prepare quick and basic meals, ideal for households with hectic schedules. Our aim is to offer families a way to prepare healthy and tasty meals in less time so that they can spend more time together after a long day at work.

We teach our students food preparation techniques, different cooking methods and some popular and quick recipes, including soups, sauces, roasting, baking and more . . .

Our Limpopo cooking classes are R2 250,00 per person that include the following:
